Dr. George Moskowitz is a friendly, caring Family Physician and Primary Care Doctor treating patients in Brooklyn, New York, and the surrounding communities. His approach centers on taking the time with each of his patients to determine their best individual treatment options. Dr. Moskowitz holds certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. The office is multilingual, speaking English, French, Hebrew, Urdu, Russian, Yiddish, and Creole.
Originally from Czechoslovakia, Dr. Moskowitz attended City University of New York’s Hunter College. He pursued his medical degree at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. Dr. Moskowitz continued his medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his residency training in family medicine.
The Medical Office is a “hospital without walls”. Patients visiting Dr. Moskowitz can receive a full range of medical services. The Medical Office serves as a diagnostic center. This includes general consultations for adults age 18 and older. Dr. Moskowitz provides annual physical examinations, GYN services, nutrition counseling, and pain management. Treatment options for individuals with substance abuse issues are available to eligible patients. Our goal is both to help prevent and to help treat the individual patient with his/her challenge.
